I had a mixed experience at Vr Takapuna. On one hand, the location is great with access to nearby attractions; on the other hand, the management issues left me dissatisfied. My initial room was unacceptable, but after communicating my concerns, I was moved to a better room, and the staff upgraded my stay to make amends.
